About

One team for the whole digital operation

AllFixAI exists because the gaps between vendors are where digital projects go to die. We put web, software, AI, search, security, and infrastructure under one roof so responsibility is never ambiguous.

Most companies do not have a technology problem. They have a coordination problem: a web agency that does not understand the database, an SEO consultant whose recommendations never get implemented, an IT provider who treats security as someone else’s job, and an internal team holding the whole thing together with spreadsheets and goodwill.

We built AllFixAI to remove that structure. Our engineers, designers, search specialists, and security practitioners work from the same backlog, attend the same reviews, and share the same definition of done. When something breaks, there is one number to call and one party accountable for fixing it.

The work spans a website that finally generates enquiries, an internal platform that replaces a fragile spreadsheet, an AI workflow that measurably reduces handling time, a search programme that compounds, a security posture a customer can audit, and an infrastructure you can reproduce from version control.

We are deliberately senior and deliberately small. You will speak to the people doing the work, and the people doing the work will have the authority to tell you when an idea is a poor use of your money.

What we stand behind

  • Engineering discipline

Typed codebases, automated tests, code review on every merge, and CI gates that block regressions rather than warn about them.

  • Security by default

Least privilege, secret scanning, dependency updates, and logging are part of a normal build, not an upsell.

  • Accessible interfaces

Semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, and colour contrast that passes review — because exclusion is a defect.

  • Performance as a requirement

Budgets set before build, measured in CI, and re-checked after launch on real devices and real networks.

Remote-first, serving clients across North America, Europe, and APAC.

Principles

Six commitments we put in writing

01

One accountable team

Design, engineering, search, security, and infrastructure sit in the same standup. Nothing is lost between agencies, and nobody can blame another vendor.

02

Written by default

Scope, decisions, trade-offs, and estimates are written down and shared. You always know what was agreed and why.

03

Shipped in increments

We deliver working software on a short cycle so you can course-correct early instead of reviewing a big reveal at the end.

04

You own everything

Repositories, infrastructure, analytics accounts, and documentation are in your name from day one. Leaving us must be easy.

05

Measure before claiming

We agree a baseline before work starts and report against it. If a number cannot be measured, we do not present it as a result.

06

Say the uncomfortable thing

If an idea is a poor use of your money, we say so in the first meeting — even when it costs us the project.

Process

From first call to steady state

The same sequence applies whether the project is a website, a platform, or an automation. Written outputs at each stage keep everyone honest.

  1. 01

    Discover

    1–2 weeks

We interview stakeholders, review your current systems and data, and write down the problem in business terms. You get a scope document with explicit success criteria and a fixed price for phase one.

    • Stakeholder notes
    • Systems inventory
    • Scope & success criteria
    • Phase-one estimate
  2. 02

    Architect

    1–2 weeks

We choose the stack, model the data, design the interfaces, and plan the deployment target. Trade-offs are documented so future engineers understand why things are the way they are.

    • Architecture decision records
    • Data model
    • Wireframes & UI direction
    • Delivery plan
  3. 03

    Build

    2–8 weeks per increment

Two-week cycles, each ending in demoable software on a staging environment. Code review, automated tests, and typecheck gates run on every pull request.

    • Working increments
    • Test suite in CI
    • Staging environment
    • Cycle notes
  4. 04

    Launch

    1 week

Cross-device QA, accessibility pass, security checks, redirect maps, analytics verification, and DNS cutover with rollback ready. Launch is planned, not hopeful.

    • QA & accessibility report
    • Redirect map
    • Monitoring & alerts
    • Go-live runbook
  5. 05

    Operate

    Ongoing

Monitoring, patching, dependency updates, search and performance reporting, and a monthly review of what to improve next. Or we hand over to your team with full documentation.

    • Monitoring & support
    • Monthly reporting
    • Backlog of improvements
    • Handover documentation
