All delivered in-house
One contract, one lead
Working software, demoed
No vendor ping-pong
Services
Seven disciplines, delivered as one programme
Hire us for a single project or the whole digital operation. Either way, the same engineers, standards, and review process apply.
Why one team
Most digital problems are coordination problems
The technology is rarely the hard part. These are the situations we are built for.
01Four vendors, four invoices, four excuses
Your site agency blames the host, the host blames the plugin, and the SEO consultant emails a PDF. Nothing gets fixed because nobody owns the whole picture.
One contract, one lead, one team that builds and runs the entire stack.
02Beautiful site, no enquiries
Design was signed off, traffic arrived, and the phone stayed quiet. The pages were never engineered around how buyers actually decide.
We build conversion paths, tracking, and search visibility into the first version — not as phase two.
03AI that demoed well and changed nothing
A prototype impressed the board, then quietly failed in production with no evaluation, no fallback, and no owner.
We start with a measured baseline, ship behind human review, and prove the improvement before rollout.
How we work
A delivery process you can predict
Discovery through operation, with written outputs at every stage so you always know what was agreed and what happens next.
- 01
Discover
1–2 weeks
We interview stakeholders, review your current systems and data, and write down the problem in business terms. You get a scope document with explicit success criteria and a fixed price for phase one.
- 02
Architect
1–2 weeks
We choose the stack, model the data, design the interfaces, and plan the deployment target. Trade-offs are documented so future engineers understand why things are the way they are.
- 03
Build
2–8 weeks per increment
Two-week cycles, each ending in demoable software on a staging environment. Code review, automated tests, and typecheck gates run on every pull request.
- 04
Launch
1 week
Cross-device QA, accessibility pass, security checks, redirect maps, analytics verification, and DNS cutover with rollback ready. Launch is planned, not hopeful.
- 05
Operate
Ongoing
Monitoring, patching, dependency updates, search and performance reporting, and a monthly review of what to improve next. Or we hand over to your team with full documentation.
Engagements
The kind of work we take on
Representative engagement archetypes — the shape of the problem, the approach, and the team. We do not publish client names or invented metrics.
Principles
How we behave when it matters
These are the commitments we write into every scope of work.
One accountable team
Design, engineering, search, security, and infrastructure sit in the same standup. Nothing is lost between agencies, and nobody can blame another vendor.
Written by default
Scope, decisions, trade-offs, and estimates are written down and shared. You always know what was agreed and why.
Shipped in increments
We deliver working software on a short cycle so you can course-correct early instead of reviewing a big reveal at the end.
You own everything
Repositories, infrastructure, analytics accounts, and documentation are in your name from day one. Leaving us must be easy.
Measure before claiming
We agree a baseline before work starts and report against it. If a number cannot be measured, we do not present it as a result.
Say the uncomfortable thing
If an idea is a poor use of your money, we say so in the first meeting — even when it costs us the project.

FAQ
Answers before you ask
If something is not covered here, ask us directly — you will get a straight answer.
01What does 'Everything Digital. One Team.' actually mean in practice?
It means one contract, one point of contact, and one team accountable for your website, your software, your search visibility, your security posture, and your infrastructure. Practically, it removes the handover gaps where projects usually fail: the agency that built the site does not have to negotiate with a different vendor to fix a hosting problem, and the SEO recommendation is implemented by the engineers who wrote the code.
02Can you take on a single small project, or only long engagements?
Both. Roughly half of our work starts as a fixed-scope project — a site build, an audit, a single automation. If the fit is good, clients usually move onto a retainer afterwards, but there is no obligation and we structure every handover so you are not dependent on us.
03How do you price work?
Fixed price for well-defined scope, and a monthly rate for ongoing work where scope is expected to evolve. After a discovery call we give you a written estimate broken down by phase, with the assumptions listed explicitly so you can see what would change the number.
04Who owns the code, infrastructure, and accounts?
You do, from day one. Repositories, cloud accounts, domain, analytics, and documentation are created in your name or transferred to you. We also document the architecture so another team could take over without us.
05Which technologies do you work with?
Primarily TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, and Cloudflare's platform including Workers, D1, R2, KV, and Hyperdrive. We also work in Python for data and AI workloads, with AWS, Azure, Terraform, and Docker for infrastructure. If you have an existing stack, we work with it rather than forcing a rewrite.
06Can you work with our existing internal team?
Yes, and it is often the best arrangement. We can plug in as a specialist squad, review and mentor, take a specific workstream, or run the parts your team does not want — security, infrastructure, and search are the most common.
